STANDARD INSPECTION
General inspection
Free general inspection at our warehouse for both Pro and Basic plans, run to the Level II, AQL 2.5 standard.
Defect handling is free when you buy through our selected suppliers. For products from your own suppliers, a small logistics and travel fee may apply. Custom solutions? Just talk with our agent.
PREMIUM INSPECTION
Full inspection
We inspect every single item to remove all defective products — aiming for a 0% defect rate in what we ship to you.
Pricing is $5 per hour. For larger volumes, ask your agent for a custom quote.
